Our Mission
The architecture, engineering, and construction industry generates enormous volumes of building data — yet most of it remains locked inside complex file formats and siloed tools. Intento Labs exists to change that. We build AI agents that autonomously extract, enrich, and act on building data so teams can make faster, smarter decisions across the entire building lifecycle.
Our Story
Intento Labs was founded by Hamid Kiavarz — a geomatics PhD researcher who spent years studying BIM data and energy modeling — and Pouya Hallaj Zavareh, an AI engineer who built production ML systems across healthcare, enterprise, and NLP. They saw the same gap from opposite sides: buildings generate enormous data, but the tools to understand it are stuck in the past. BIMind, our first product, proved the bridge works. Now we're building the full platform.

Co-Founder
PhD in Geomatics Engineering from York University with research focused on BIM-based energy modeling and IFC-to-ML pipelines. Deep domain expertise in building information modeling, spatial data science, and construction technology.
Pouya Hallaj Zavareh
Co-Founder
7+ years in machine learning and AI engineering, specializing in Generative AI, NLP, and large language models. Built and scaled AI solutions handling thousands of daily users across healthcare, enterprise, and construction technology.
