The Problem
The AEC industry generates massive volumes of building data — IFC models, compliance documents, cost estimates, scheduling data — yet most of it remains siloed, hard to query, and underutilized. Teams spend countless hours manually validating models, cross-referencing codes, and extracting insights that should be instant.
Our Approach
At Intento Labs, we're building a constellation of specialized AI agents that understand building data natively. Our agents can:
- Parse and validate IFC files against building codes and standards
- Generate cost estimates and scheduling insights from 3D model data
- Answer natural-language questions about any building — structural, MEP, fire code, accessibility
- Automate compliance checks across jurisdictions
